Long before I photographed weddings, I worked as a professional photojournalist, documenting news, sport and everyday life. That experience taught me to anticipate moments as they unfold, to work unobtrusively, and to recognise the emotion hidden within ordinary interactions.
Over the years, my work has received international recognition, including CNN African Photojournalist of the Year, honours in the Sony World Photography Awards, Pictures of the Year International (POYi), and the TopVendor Wedding Awards. While I'm incredibly grateful for these achievements, they have never been the reason I pick up a camera.
Today, I bring that same documentary approach to weddings. I'm passionate about capturing genuine stories, honest emotion, and the moments that often pass unnoticed. Years from now, I want your photographs to remind you not only of how your wedding looked, but of how it felt.
